此命令针对选择通道(Ch) 的选择校准套件设置/获取用于指定端口(Cpt) 短路测量的标准。

• 因为变量（Cpt）没有预置值，所以不能忽略该变量。如果忽略该变量（Cpt），执行时就会出错。
