新方法实现双传输零点LTCC带通滤波器
内容简介:采用新型方法设计了一个具有两个有限传输零点的集总参数二阶小型化低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)带通滤波器。滤波器是基于电容耦合谐振带通滤波器的基础上进行设计的。两个谐振腔之间的共同接地电感使滤波器产生了两个有限传输零点,通过调节接地电感的大小可以改变高频处传输零点的位置,致使滤波器具有优良的带外抑制性能。滤波器设计紧凑,整个封装尺寸仅为2.5 mm×2.0 mm×0.9 mm,满足1008型号封装要求。
Abstract:A novel method was proposed to design a compact low-temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) lumped-element second-order bandpass filter with two finite transmission zeros.The filter model was established ac-cording to the structure of capacitor coupled resonate band-pass filter.Two transmission zeros were produced by the grounded inductance between two resonators.The location of the transmission zeros at a high-side skirt could be ad-j usted by properly controlling the value of inductors,so that the filter was with excellent out-of-band attenuation performance.This band-pass filter had a compact structure and occupied an area of only 2.5 mm× 2.0 mm× 0.9 mm,meeting the requirement of packaging size of 1008.
