xr0没有定义, HSPICE 网标和Cadence的是不一样的。xr0 plus minus rhr2k segR M=1 L=segL W=segW,这句后面要有调用的subckt名字。
嗯,我知道。但我不知该如何改。我直接用cadence里的spectre也仿不出来,依然说是电阻的问题。在画原理图的时候该如何选择电阻啊?
