AMS mixed signal simulation problem

I tried to run AMS mixed signal simulation with "ams" simulator and "spectre" solver. The connectLib has been set to be right.
The netlist and run mode: I selected the "Cellview based netlister", not "OSS-based netlister with irun", because "Cellview based netlister can run "complie" successfully.
The model library had been set correctly.
But when I run simulation, elaberating failed with the following error report.
