用Candence进行系统仿真时，加入一个LDMOS元件后仿真报错，求助

该LDMOS作为系统各模块和外部的隔离之用，瞬态仿真进行一段时间之后就会报出如下错误（M2即为该器件)：
Error found by spectre at time = 65.6986 us during transient analysis `tran'.
Matrix is singular (detected at `M2.gdnoiseless:1' and `M2.n1').
修改仿真精度也无作用，有时会出现瞬态仿真开始后，在同一时间点反复。求各位大神解惑
