Why my 30 MHz crystal oscillator failed to oscillate by using Hspice simulator?

tighten the tolerances if you are using spectre useption point local. and make the min step in simulation 1/10 of the max frequency at the output. In case it still does not oscillate,check if you have sufficient gm ,by checking for the negative resistance of the amp and C1 and C2 capacitances put together.
