Hi guys,
one question for mim capacitor. usually, the metal of bot plate of mim is connected to top metal, i.e. umc0.18 1p6m(metal 6 is top plate and metal 5 is bot plate).But if the bot plate is directly connected by metal 5. what will be the problem//

.18 工藝應該沒用到 copper wire.
如果只要絕對值, 通常是可以的. ( loop filter ... etc.)
如果要求 matching , 就不行. 建議問 UMC 的 CE 更清楚.
