看李 乐福的 OTA 设计 许多的疑惑
0.18 的工艺库,哪里有这个东西? 好多的不懂慢慢问吧!

还有兄弟们有没有 一个 例如7805 IC 设计的简单实例之类的,让我从头到尾 理解一下 设计的过程,让我们不再感觉那么深奥。

库文件中有一个.scs文件(如果你用spectre做仿真的话),里面有这些参数的。

你这个是一个spice库文件,你在其它文件找一下吧。
靠这些参数计算得到的器件尺寸和仿真器得到的结果差异会很大,现在的器件模型很复杂,最好还是参考一下gm/id的设计方法

gm/id 曲线还是比较稳定的,可以仿真gm/id vs Id/W 的曲线。
去搜一下,有一篇paper介绍的。
李福乐也在这个版上混的,直接问他好了。
