hspice 2010.03 lnx86 安装遇到问题,求助！

我的安装环境centos5.6 x86_64，安装hspice_vD-2010.03_linux结尾报错：
Installtion failed
Insallation has finished but with error. Check the installation log ....../install.log for details.
我打开install.log 提示一下错误

x tar: Read 4096 bytes from -, 0 bytes
ERROR: Can not find hspice installation script /home/user2/synopsys/hsp2010/hspice/bin/config

反馈一下：
rhel4.6 可以了
然后又试了 centos5.6，也可以了
不知道为啥上周五centos5.6 安装fail
还有安装的时候建议使用默认的文件夹名字，比如D-2010.03，10.9.3等等
