Noise from comparator output kicks back to V_in or V_ref.
Simply do not use ideal voltage sources when specifying V_in or V_ref in your simulation, then you will see the effect of kick-back.
For instance, connect real bandgap V_ref output to the input of the comparator of the data converter. Connect V_in with non-zero source impedance.
