第一部分的特点就是耗时长,需要多组样品在高低温箱里面长时间实验,特别是老化试验,有时候厂家还要求Run to fail。第二组就是需要振动和冲击的场地,这需要钱。第三组化学粉尘和试剂都是属于一开无用的东西。第四组电气试验相对最省钱。第五组EMC实验最费钱,基本属于外面认证1小时多少钱的那种。
实验如果一遍完成那至少也要30W以上,如果出现问题费用上浮20%以上。两轮验证60W,摊到量不大的产品上价格不贵才怪。
