混频器使用
该混频器实际使用技术要求为:RF输入为固定频率950MHz,
本振为可变频率995 ~ 1820MHz,IF输出为可变频率45 ~ 870MHz。
对于混频输出产生的有用信号的二次谐波,我们可以通过带通
滤波器滤除。870MHz以外的载波可以不考虑,但在本振的变化
过程中,会有杂波落在有用信号附近,滤波器无法滤除,只能
从混频器本身性能考虑消除。
例如: RF为950MHz,
本振为1350MHz时,有用信号输出为400 MHz,杂波为550 MHz;
本振为1400MHz时,有用信号输出为450 MHz,杂波为500 MHz;
本振为1450MHz时,有用信号输出为500 MHz,杂波为450 MHz;
。。。。。。。
上述杂波为混频器内部产生,
请根据上述问题考虑是否有比较好的解决方案。多谢!
中心频率为500M信号,要滤出+-50M外的信号,
这样的滤波器应该很容易作到的
u can design microstrip single balanced mixer if you want.
Or you can directly search web for shopping,there are lots of
commercial products.
However, you don`t give noise figure and conversion loss requirements.:)
But some people push me to try double balanced mixer,
what's the key point for this applications, for the
single ,double balanced mixers, pls help to advise

single is easy. double isnot as easy as single,u need to do some
work to adjust the phase of different diodes,u need to read
Microwave Mixers by Stephen A.Maas

you can search them in liberary or on the internet, especially some
famous company such as WJ,agilent,etc.
