(Senior) EMC & RF Simulation Engineer

We are looking for outstanding candidates to join us as full-time (Senior) EMC & RF Simulation Engineers. Successful candidates will have developed high-performance, stable Hardware that has been successfully deployed in a global product. You will have a system-wide, architectural view of the solutions that you build. You will also have strong technical ability, a focus on the customer experience, great teamwork and communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

You will work as (senior) engineering role in mobile phone EMC/ESD/RF simulation and relevant design area and virtual build process. EMC simulation is done in close co-operation with other HW and Mechanical designers.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will comprise:
? Has the responsibility for specifying, planning, simulating,reporting, and reviewing in EMC/ESD/RF area during virtual build process in the mobile phone project development.
? Works in technology project with high implementation /integration contributions. Estimate risk level, give design guidelines or improvement proposals for EMC/ESD/RF areas by providing trustable simulation results in module, platform or phone level problems.
? Lessons Learnt summary, methodology development, seek the opportunities of innovation from EMC/ESD/RF simulation side.
? Coaches other team members in solving engineering problems with simulation technologies. Contribute to the team EMC/ESD technical competency build up.
? Networking with experts in other sites, join global taskforce forsimulation enhancement activities.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering (preferably a M.Sc. in electromagnetic field and microwave engineering) and relevant background with proven track record in a technical discipline. We expect a recognized professional with the following attributes:

Working Experience
? Typically 3-5 years relevant experience. Recognized specialist in 3D and 2.5D simulation EMC/ESD/RF area (depth & breadth).
Professional Knowledge
? Profound understanding in theory of electromagnetic field, antenna, RF/microwave circuit and EMC/ESD. Knowledge of SI, PI and IBIS model will be a plus
? Strong experience in 3D, 2.5D and RF circuit simulation area, familiar with relevant simulation tools, e.g., CST MWS, Ansoft HFSS, SIWave, ADS and Momentum, Sigrity, etc.
? Mastery of RF and SI measurement instruments, such as VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, and digital scope.
? Experience in mobile phone EMC/ESD design area will be a plus.
Soft Skill
? Fluent speaking and decent written English skill for the daily communication.
? Influence and persuasion skill to have others support the decision and help the whole team increase output quality.
? Network and relationship within the organization and especially with the industry.
