Field Application Engineer(FAE), 该岗位是销售和研发之间，更多与客户打交道，获得更多业务，以及帮助客户理顺与公司产品衔接方面的技术问题，对产品技术性能熟悉，对内要安排产品测试，和生产线量产。需要RF较强的知识背景和一些经验。英语熟练，能与台湾人，新加坡人等打交道。

Manage the antenna designing process to follow the customer's schedule Design the customed embedded antenna and assist to test it in lab Assist to solve the instability problem in MP Do some technical training for technician and sales

多少錢?我在NB內置天線應用領域已經四年了,幾乎一直都在與台灣人打交道.
另外可以透露一下客戶信息嗎?

不用为外语担心,那玩意是说出来的。想想看，我们的发音起码要比日本人强啊，呵呵，而日本是和欧美交流最多的国家。这样想怕什么:)
FAE其实是半个销售,主要是负责推广的时候的技术疑问解答以及应用后的项目跟进,反馈,简单问题的处理等等.
需要一定的交流沟通能力,说话技巧.以及销售技巧.
口语是必要的,有时候需要用英文对话,平时的邮件往来,报告等都需要用英文.
如果做方案的公司,一般会有专门的研发团队处理在应用中出现的难题,如果公司能够提供良好的学习研究平台,FAE也可以参与对应难题的探讨等.
有的公司分AE和FAE,AE更倾向于应用中的技术问题解决,FAE则倾向于推广中的技术问题解决.
