某型雷达天线座方位壳体的优化设计
内容简介:为提高某型雷达天线座的适装性,对其进行了整机结构优化设计,其中占整机质量比重较大的方位壳体是改进设计的重点之一。在对原设计进行分析的基础上,对其壁厚及部分外形尺寸进行了优化设计,对改进后的方位壳体进行了静态及模态分析。改进后的方位壳体质量大幅降低,并通过了试验验证。
Abstract:In order to improve a type of radar antenna pedestal fitness , it takes the optimization of antenna pedes-tal design .Aiming at the weight of shell in a large proportion of the whole weight of antenna pedestal , it analyzes the original shell structure and draws a conclusion , adjusts the part of shell's thickness and dimension .Finally, it applies the finite element analysis for improved azimuth shell and determines the compliance with the require -ments.This design significantly reduces the weight of the azimuth shell and passes with the vibration test .
