Ku波段高温超导天线阵列的设计
内容简介:为提高微带天线阵列中馈电网络的效率,使用超导材料 YBCO 薄膜替代普通的铜制作天线的馈电网络。由于大部分超导材料的基底介电常数较高、Q值很大,造成天线带宽窄,采用口径耦合的方法拓宽天线的带宽,设计一款 Ku 波段的八元微带天线阵列,并用CST软件进行仿真与优化,在14~17.5 GHz带宽内,天线阵列的S11<-10 dB,相对阻抗带宽为22.2%,最大增益为16.3 dB,适用于卫星Ku波段上行通信。
Abstract:To improve the efficiency of the microstrip antenna array in the feed network,YBCO thin film is used to replace copper to make the antenna feed network.Because most of the superconducting materials basement dielectric constant is higher,the Q is higher,it will make the band narrow,so aperture-coupled theory is used to design a eight-element micros-trip antenna array at Ku to broaden the bandwidth and the parameters of antenna simulated and optimized by CST,the result shows that the antenna array bandwidth is 14-17.5 GHz when S11<-10 dB,the relative bandwidth is 22.2%,and the gain of 16.3 dB is achieved.This antenna can be used in Ku band satellite communication.
