无人机天线罩成型工艺研究
内容简介:无人机雷达天线罩的主要功能是保护罩内的天线系统免受外界恶劣环境影响[1],使其能正常工作,且具有透波性能。文中论述了某型无人机机载雷达天线罩的成型制造,并对制造过程的关键因素进行了探讨。该天线罩为Nomex蜂窝夹层结构,呈"鼓"形,具有较高的电性能和表面质量要求,成型过程复杂。通过对成型过程进行分析研究,对影响因素进行控制,制作的天线罩外表光顺,重量≤1 300 g,天线罩在工作频率和扫描范围内的平均透过率≥90%,满足结构设计和电性能要求,并已正式投入产品使用。
Abstract:Radome protects antenna system from the influence of severe environment,and has wave transparent performance.In this paper,the moulding process of a UAV radome is studied,some key factors are discussed.The radome has a Nomex honeycomb sandwich structure and looks like a "drum".It has high requirements of electrical properties and surface performance.Through studying the complicated moulding process and controlling its affecting factors,the manufactured radome has smooth surface and its weight is ≤1 300 g,the average transmission efficiency of the radome working at the operating frequency and in the sweep range is ≥ 90%.The radome has been practically used in some products.
