一种相控阵天线安装精度检测与校准

内容简介:文中论述了一种相控阵雷达天线安装后的精度检测方法。按照雷达天线安装后的几何形态,采用光学测量仪器进行相关的数据采集,建立检测的数学模型,利用线性回归法以及最小二乘法进行数据拟合,计算出安装后雷达天线底面与水平面的最大夹角和天线边缘与正北方向的夹角,并进行了试验误差评估和分析,依据检测数据对雷达天线的水平和方位角度进行校正。结果表明,本检测方法的精度优于单次直接测量的精度,提高了雷达系统的指向精度。

Abstract:A method to measure the accuracy of phased array radar antenna after installation is discussed in this paper.According to the geometry modality of installation data of the radar antenna,the installation data of phased array radar antenna is collected with the optical instrument,the mathematic model of the examination is established,the data is matched with the linear regression algorithm and the least square algorithm,the maximum angle between the antenna undersurface and the horizontal plane and the angle between the antenna edge and the due north direction are calculated,the test error is evaluated and analyzed,the horizontal angle and the azimuth of phased array radar antenna are adjusted according to the detection data.The result shows that the accuracy of this method is better than that of the single measurement method and thus the pointing accuracy of the phased array radar system is improved.
