天线塔架液压升降系统运动平稳性研究
内容简介:本文针对某雷达天线塔架液压升降系统的油缸抖动现象,从原理入手通过液压升降回路仿真,详细地分析产生抖动的机理。最终采用一种新式液压平衡回路对问题系统进行改进,现场试验和仿真结果表明,该措施大大提高了液压升降系统的运动平稳性,改善了雷达的架设和撤收性能,以此提供了类似产品的液压升降系统设计的新思路。
Abstract:Aiming at the hydraulic cylinder vibration phenomenon of hydraulic lift system of a radar tower,this paper analyzes the reason of vibration by hydraulic lift circuit simulation.The existing system was improved by adopting a new hydraulic balanced circuit.Field test and simulation results show that motion stability of hydraulic lift system is improved greatly,radar erection and retraction capability are enhanced.It provides a new idea for the design of the hydraulic lift system of similar products.
