内容简介:应用Lagrange方程和有限元法建立了由2个弹性体组成的有高精度要求的某型雷达天线机械系统动力学方程,并应用模态坐标进行了降阶,大大降低了方程自由度,减轻了计算量,给出了天线匀速旋转时的方程解法,得到了天线机械系统在25*!m/s风速下保持匀速运转时的位移响应和所需的驱动力矩.为天线机械系统误差确定和驱动系统设计提供了依据.
Abstract:Based on the Lagrange's equation and the finite element method, this paper establishes the dynamic equation of a radar antenna mechanic system which is a high accuracy system and consists of two flexible bodies. Mode coordinates are used to reduce the orders of equation. Finally, the calculation method and engineering example are given when the rotational velocity of antenna is invariable and the wind velocity is 25m/s. The error of antenna mechanic system can be estimated using the calculation results.
