内容简介:RFID标签天线的直接印刷是一种很有前景的生产方式,利用PF-050银浆进行的相关实验,可以分析印刷压力、印刷速度、固化温度与固化时间对标签天线的电感、电容、电阻及标签谐振频率与品质因子的影响.试验结果表明,印刷标签天线的电感主要取决于天线的结构,电阻则受印刷工艺与固化条件影响较大,而生产工艺导致的耦合电容变化并不影响整体性能.印刷工艺与固化条件对天线电阻的影响主要表现在:较高的印刷速度与印刷压力会使银浆转移不充分,并导致天线电阻增加;而较低的固化温度、较短的固化时间也会使银浆中的有机载体不能充分燃烧,从而增加天线电阻.当天线电阻增加后,会引起标签谐振频率与品质因子下降.

Abstract:The direct printing of RFID tag antennae is a promising low-cost production process.An experiment on the screen printing of the tag antennae,made of silver ink PF-050,was carried out.The effects of printing pressure,printing velocity,curing temperature and curing time on the inductance,capacitance and resistance of a printing antenna and the resonant frequency and quality factor of a tag,were analyzed.This experiment turns out that the inductance depends mainly on its test structure,the resistance is affected greatly by the printing process and the curing condition,and the capacitance affects little on the performance of a tag.The impacts of printing process and curing condition on antenna resistance are shown as follows:higher resistance of a printing antenna is generated not only by higher print pressure and velocity,which result in inadequate ink transfer,but also by lower curing temperature and shorter curing time,which can result in imperfect combustion of organic vehicles in silver ink.The resonant frequency and quality factor of a tag will decrease with increasing antenna resistance.
