仪器车车载天线升降架的研制

内容简介：天线的架设能增加野外施工的通讯距离并提高通讯效果。仪器车的车载天线升降架是实现天线架设的重要设备。通过市场调研，发现车载天线升降架存在诸多问题，不能保证天线顺畅地升降，于是我们进行了自主研制，改圆柱形天线升降架为框架式天线升降架，并对其驱动、起升结构和传动方式进行了选择与设计。新研制的天线升降架可以放置吸盘天线和高增益天线，具有易固定、易操作、行车安全、费用低等优点。

Abstract：Antenna can improve the communication distance and performance in the field seismic prospecting. The vehiclemounted erector crane on the instrument truck is the important equipment to set up antenna, but at present, there are many problems that can＇t ensure antenna to go up and down smoothly. Through the investigation, the authors found that there are no product can meet the requirements of the equipment. So they undertook to research independently： changing the crane to the frame, selecting and designing the drive, the lifting structure and driving mode, and antenna with cups and high gain can be easily fixed to antenna, with easy operation, safety , inexpensive cost, etc.
