基于有限元方法的径向肋天线主肋热变形分析
内容简介:根据径向肋天线主肋的三维实体模型,运用ANSYS参数化设计语言(APDL)建立了径向肋天线主肋的有限元模型。基于ANSYS软件采用有限元分析方法对径向肋天线主肋进行热变形分析,获得了径向肋天线主肋最大变形值与温度梯度的关系,以及径向肋天线主肋两侧面和上、下表面的最大变形值,其结果对径向肋天线主肋的优化设计具有较大的指导意义。
Abstract:According to the three-dimensional solid model of main ribs for the radial rib antenna,established the finite element model of the main ribs by using the ANSYS paremetric design language.Applying the finite element analysis method based on ANSYS software to the thermal deformation of main ribs,obtained the relationship between the maximum deformation value and the temperature gradient of main ribs,and the maximum deformation on both sides and the upper and lower surface of main ribs,the result of radial rib antenna optimization design of main ribs has great significane.
