单兵背负雷达轻质天线结构设计
内容简介:某单兵背负雷达对天线质量、尺寸、精度和刚强度有较高的要求,本文在力学分析的基础上,利用碳纤维复合材料轻质的特点,对天线进行合理分块设计,解决质量、尺寸、刚度匹配的技术难题,设计出满足要求的轻质天线,天线正常工况下最大变形为0.25mm,复合材料最大层间剪切应力为6.8MPa。
Abstract:A type of sigle soldier carrying radar has high demands on antenna' s weight,dimention.preeision and stiffness. To solve the conflict aspects of antenna's weight, size and stiffness, based on mechanical analysis, a lightweight antenna that fulfills the requirements was designed by dividing the antenna into proper blocks and using carbon fiber composite. The large deformation of antenna was 0.25mm, the interlamination shear force of composite was 6.8MPa.
