曲面天线雷达中CADCAM一体化技术应用
内容简介:传统的设计制造方法在曲面天线雷达研制中效率低、周期长、质量不稳定。随着CAX技术的快速发展,如何将之应用于新产品的研制、生产中去是我们面临的一个课题。本文介绍了借助于高档CAD/CAM软件和先进的五轴数控加工机床,在雷达天线复杂曲面制造中,综合运用曲线拟合、曲面构造、实体造型、数控编程、数控加工仿真、数控加工等技术,直至生产出高质量、高精度的复杂曲面的产品。
Abstract:Traditional design and manufacture method has fault of long period、low efficiency and unstable quality in the process of radar manufacture. This paper introduces a method through advanced integrated CAD/CAM software and advanced 5 axis NC machine, in the process of complicated surface antenna radar manufacture, we use the methods of curve fitting, surface construction, solid model, NC program, NC manufacture simulation, at last get a high quality, complicated surface production.
