ADS2006A破解后仿真器无法正常使用，资深工程师指点

按照如下破解步骤之后，程序可以正常打开，等进行仿真的时候出现没有权限。我使用的window2000的系统，同时计算机上安装了mentor，怀疑是环境变量存在问题，但不知道该如何解决，情高手帮忙解决，谢谢！

Agilent Ads 2006A 注册破解补丁(Crack)
For 32-bit system:
1) Run the ADS_licgen.exe, by default, the license.lic is written to C:/ADS2006A/licenses
2) Replace agsl31.dll in C:/ADS2006A/bin directory.
3) Import (double click) ads2006.reg into registry
   (If your installation of ADS2006a is in some other location, edit to correct the path)
5) Copy patcher.exe into C:/ADS2006A and run it from  this directory. (Patcher is slow...)
If you've installed Genesys2006.10, run it and select "Help", "Update Authorization Info..."
Select "urchased Software" and click "Next",  select "Agilent ADS-style Licensing" and click "Next"
Click "Enable Agilent ADS-style License Usage", then set the "Current ADS License Path" to
"C:/ADS2006A/licenses" ... Rememebr this is a path, not a fully qualified file name！
Click "Finish".  If you're done every thing correctly ... GeneSYS is fully licensed.
