Clearance rule not working with GND power plane

Hi,

First of all, I am new with ADS layout design, so please bear with me.

I want to create some clearance around my traces at a ground power plane. I've created a clearance rule (see figure) for 0.1mm for any object. I also created a power plane at !gnd net (see figure 2).

When I draw a trace, no clearance is created. The trace is on the same layer as the power plane layer.

I am probably forgetting something in my technology setup, but I cannot figure out what.

Do nets play a role in this? The power plane is assigned to !gnd net and the trace to N_1 net.
