"Instance does not have defined parameters."

ADS, Circuit Design Cookbook, Design of Distributed Wilkinson power divider: Unable to sim circuit due to "Instance does not have defined parameters." Able to create symbol, etc. How to get ADS to generate parameters and populate symbol definition accordingly?

I can't discern the figures, they are too small, but perhaps the lookalike component needs parameters. From the layout window, use EM > Component > Parameters. Note there are two options for assigning parameters: Subnetwork and Nominal/Perturbed.
