TYPE OF FILE NEEDED TO SIMUATE A DRIVER AMPLIFIER IC

Hello everyone,

what type of file is required to any driver amplifier IC in ADS?
Is only s2p is sufficient to simulate the entire design (complete circuit as given in the datasheet) in ADS?
The datasheet is attached for refence.

You can do simulations with a .s2p file, but this model will not include nonlinear effects like harmonic distortion or intermodulation distortion.

Can i simulate the attached circuit in ADS without the required library? means from where i will get that IC model for simulation in ADS?
I think s2p file is only used for matching purpose. Am i correct?
