when using eye-panel， it fails to measure fall time with invalid

Hello.

Nowadays to test few things, I need to measure t_rise and t_fall accurately.

So, I used eye_panel tools to measure t_rise and t_fall.

I succeeds to measure rise time, but it fails to measure fall time.

I've changed start time and stop time of the tool, but still it doesn't work.

I'd like to know why it fails and the solution
