how to find the dimensions of a RADIAL STUB FOR A SPECIFIC IMPEDANCE VALUE

i am doing my main project for my M.TECH. FOR biasing a loaded line phase shifter. i want use a 25 ohm RADIAL STUB upon a 24.4 mil width of rectangular transmission line as given in the figure i attached. can any send me the mathematical formula to calculate and also how to design that in ADS.
_The width of transmission line upon which radial stub was mounted is 24.4 mil. i want the formulae for calculating radius and angle for a perticular frequency._
PLEASE.... SOLVE THIS PROBLEM FOR ME.
