Circuit Simulation in ADS

I am trying to reproduce this circuit simulation in ADS software. But not getting the similar response. VDD =0.4 V, IDD = 30mA and FET model is NE3210S01. This would be very helpful to have some guidance from expert.
There's not enough information here to be actionable. I suggest you contact your local Keysight EEsof Support center; they will be able to assist.
