DC Resistance Calculation

Hello Team,
I have a s-parameter of Power plane which is extracted from distributed decoupling analysis. I want to get a DC resistance of that plane how can i do it in ADS?
I am attaching the image please let me know it is correct way of doing it.

Do you have the S-parameter response at DC? If not, extrapolation will be performed which can be inaccurate.
