problem with internal ports in EMDS for ADS?

I have the following problem,
"singular e_n discovered:this is a breakdown in the indefinite lanczos alg"
every time I add more than 3 internal ports in a layout to be simulated with EMDS for ADS.

The layout is a microstrip circuit. I wanted to add internal ports to use it in co-simulation, but I get this error every time I put more than 3 internal ports.

Without internal ports or with less than 3 internal port the simulation runs well.
