Layout 3D view scaling problem

Hi,

I've encountered a problem when changing the layout units in the technology setup window.

The resolution of the technology was first set to 100, then I changed it to 1000.

After that, the scaling of my layer heights in 3D view changed. Is there a way to undo this scaling?

See the scaling of the changed resolution in figure1 and the scaling of the old file in figure2.

This is really strange. Yesterday, it worked again after restarting ADS. Now I opened the 3D view again and the scaling problem occurred. Is the cause of the problem my graphics card perhaps?
