How to extract BSIM3 capacitances with a DC sweep?

Dear all,

I'm trying to extract the BSIM3 capacitance (particularly interested in the "Cgs" one).

However, I can only do it for one DC operating point, but not for a DC sweep. How can I do it? In particular, I want to do it because I want to peform Gm/Id based design, so I'm looking into plotting the F_t against Gm/Id of a transistor.

If you know ways to do either of those things, I'd truly appreciate it if you could let me know.

I'm attaching my setup. The NMOS transistor is of course a top-level view of the BSIM3 model.

For a plot of Gm versus bias current, from any schematic, select DesignGuide > Amplifier > DC and Bias Point Simulations > FET Ft, Fmax vs. Bias.
