2 s-parameter files in the same model

Hello! I have two different s-parameter files for a diode, one for when it is on (5V, 1mA) and one for when it is off (0V). How can I put both of those files in one model so that by changing the input voltage, I can control which s-parameter file is expressed?????s parameters

Just put your data into a more advanced file format supporting multiple sweep dimensions supported by ADS. E.g MDIF or Citifile. Then a DAC component will take care of everything else including interpolation in indep and data dimensions to get a continuous, simulator-friendly response.

That's the way to go.
