Voltage controlled voltage pulse

Hi eveyone,
I have 2 batteries as shown in pic. According to voltage difference of these 2 batteries, comparator gives 1 or 0. I need to activate pulse voltage depends on the Vcomp. How can I do that?
Some solutions came to my mind but I could not do it in ADS.
1) If code
2) Trigger
3) Some controller which I can embed some if code.
4)Voltage controlled voltage pulse
