EM cosimulation result's problem

Hi,
I want to simulate an amplifier's output matching.
Here is the schematic and layout:

But the result seems a little strange.

I want to see S11 to get the impedance seeing by the RF Choke.
But the curve on the smith chart is not smooth, and the magnitude of the impedance is strange near 2 GHz.

I go back to see the result of the EM result, and find that some of the phase plots are strange.

Does anyone have any idea about my layout??
