I am facing the error as shown in the attachment. How can I rectify this?

If you use MOSFET, you have to model it. My advice is that find a MOSFET spice model and import it in ADS. Then , you are going to see MOSFET model. It has a name like model1. So write model1 in MOSFET model name.
