Doing Impedance matching by smith chart for S1P input file and see the resu

Hi, I want to do the impedance matching like impedance matching utility at ADS, but the problem is I want to add s1p file that has more frequencies and each time add some components to see the effect. As I tried the impedance matching utility, it just accepts only one single frequency and does not show all of your input s1p file, I am wondering whether there are other ways to do it in products like ADS, Genesys or other soft wares.
