ADS HFSS Co-Simulation for Antenna Arrays

Hi,
I have some s-parameter blocks in ADS and an antenna array in HFSS. Is it possible to cosimulate so that I can excite an input of the s-parameter block and view the resulting radiation pattern in HFSS? I can do this manually by altering the port impedance, phase, and magnitude in HFSS but it is a hassle.
Does this question make sense?

If you use the ADS 3D FEM engine instead of HFSS, you can do this using the "EM circuit excitation" add-on. I am not aware of a way to transfer such port/excitation information to HFSS automatically.
