segmentation violation ads

hi,all
when i use ADS momentum,"segmentation violation" error jump out ,i checked my layer definition,it's ok,who can tell me how to solve it? thx

Which version do you use?
Which OS do you have with SP?

What is the "exact" error message , copy and paste it here..

If you inform us those , we may help you. Because there are many kind of "segmentation violations" errors.

"internal error:segmentation violation"
dielectric and mesh caculation are both ok
and then the "message" jumped out and i faint!
when i copy my prj to the other's computer,it's ok,i wanna know if my configuration has some problem...

Try this one..

exit ADS
go to the directory user/hpeesof/config
create a file "momentum.cfg"
write a line MOM3D_SWITCHOFF_MEMORYSTATISTICS=TRUE in the file momentum.cfg, and "enter" after the line.
save the file
restart ADS.

Maybe there is some subtle problem with your geometry. Can you describe it? Posting the project file is better, if it is not too big.

delete windows service pack 3.

Probably, you have accidently terminated your momentum and the old datafile doesn't match. Just delete the old datafile and restart momuntum.

i don't meet it,,

if nothing works then it is best to reinstall ads
