How to Export Zo data from HFSS and show it in ADS

Hi all,
Very simple question ... I just wanted to export Zo matrix data from HFSS and then show it in ADS plot. How could I do that ?
It seems that I could export in Table format, Citi file and M file. But, on ADS side, I have no idea how to read it. Of course, working with SnP file is easy, but with this Zo data .... Hmmm not sure
