Probelm about ADS momentum

I have made a coupled line coupler which has three metal layer like below.

Metal3(Gold) - Pattern plane
Metal2(Nickel) - Pattern plane
Metal1(Copper) - Pattern plane
Dielectric
Metal1(Copper) - Groud plane
Metal2(Nickel) - Ground plane
Metal3(Gold) - Ground plane

I know that Before simulate a coupled line coupler i've designed using ADS Momentum, I have to setup substrate information.
But i don't know how to setup a layer.
Please show me layer information.
