Need help for meshing in ADS momentum
I am working in the area of NEMS switch. The switch is designed under the condition GXWXG = 150nmX200nmX150nm.
The design was simulated in ADS, the following error lines are displayed in the window.
Error lines:
Unable to insert point feed port
please increase the distance between the point feed port and the boundary or any line feed port
Does anbody have met this before? Please help me , thanks.
