Plot the phase noise of LC-VCO in ADS

I designed a LC-VCO in ADS and i should plot its phase noise. I persued a clear Tutorial so i used HB simulation. I will send the ADS file of output voltage and the parameter which i used in HB simulation to undestand more the matter. After doing all of these steps, i can't plot the phase noise spectrum. What can i do and how can i solve this matter. I ask if the matter in the offset frequency or in another parameter in HB simulation.

I have designed an LC-VCO at frequency 12.8 GHZ and i would like to plot the phase noise. I used a tutorial to do this. However, when i run simulation i can’t plot the phase noise spectrum, as it is clear that the curve it is usually zero. I would like to know the matter that evoid to plot the curve.

Your Phase Noise set-up is not correct.You should define PN in HB Noise Controller only and Nonlinear Noise is not your case.

I disable this case of"Non linear noise", but the curve still equal as zero. What can i do please?

I'm very gratefull if you send me the tutorial which is related to my goal i need just to plot the phase noise of this LC VCO.

so, how can i adjust the "Noise analysis in HB controler" and "HB Noise Controller" to have the spectrum of the phase noise.

You set two noise analyses
(1) Noise analysis in HB controler
(2) Noise Controler

You can find another phase noise data in data set.
