Export from ADS to Altium designer

I want to transfer PCB from ADS to Altium

For exporting from ADS I use DXF/DWG format

but when I import it to Altuim, the pcb will be same as picture

how can I correct it?

For export to PCB systems, better use Gerber format.
With DXF, so you might get the outline only, because zero width polygons are not interpreted as filled.

In some papers, around passive filters are used polygon vias. How can I add them to thr pcb of Altium?

I am not an Altium user, but try searching for "via fence".
