Problem with importing IBIS model into ADS

Hi
I want to import an IBIS model of an ADC (AD9283AD9283BRS.rar) into ADS software. But when I use IBIS_IO from the Signal Integrity - IBIS Palette , I get the following error:

"No pins associated with the 'IBIS_IO' model type could be found for the component 'AD9283'. Please select a different component."

Which means that there is a problem with reading the pins. Amazing point is that, if I use IBIS_I or IBIS_O part, there would be no error and the pins would be read (of course just input or output pins with each part).

Can anyone help me with this problem?
