May I use ORCAD to design LNA instead of ADS?

May I use the ORCAD in the design of LNA instead of ADS?
Is ORCAD dealing with high frequency like(2, 2.4, 5... GHz)?

The question is: does Orcad offer microstrip line elements for including layout effects in simulation?

Yes it does with RF option.But it's really expensive.

The ADS simulator is also expensive... You should find a trade-off between the cost and the accuracy you want into your design. I think ADS is better than Orcad for this type of applications.

ADS is essentially not a PCB design program and you may have trouble with it while designing a real complicated PCB.But simple PCBs can be drawn.
